CBSE Board Result 2025: Class 10 and 12 Results Out.
The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) will soon release the results for Class 10 and Class 12 board examinations conducted for the academic session 2024–25. Students who appeared for these exams will be able to check their scores online through the official websites — cbse.gov.in and results.cbse.nic.in.

CBSE adopted a competency-based assessment model for the 2025 board exams to promote conceptual understanding and real-life application.
Class 10 Pattern:
- Multiple-choice questions: 20%
- Competency-based questions: 50%
- Short/long answer questions: 30%
Class 12 Pattern:
- Competency-based: 40%
- Objective-type: 20%
- Subjective/descriptive: 40%

Minimum Qualifying Marks
To pass the CBSE exams:
- Students must score at least 33% in each subject
- For subjects with practicals, students need to pass both theory and practical separately
How to Check CBSE Results Online
- Go to results.cbse.nic.in
- Select the result link for Class 10 or Class 12
- Enter the required details — Roll Number, School Code, Date of Birth
- Click on Submit
- The result will appear on the screen
- Download and save a copy for future reference

After the Results
- Class 10 students can choose a stream (Science, Commerce, Arts) for further studies.
- Class 12 students can apply for higher education courses, entrance exams like JEE, NEET, CUET, or explore vocational options.
